Bra Bra Bra

The UK design house of Emma Harris has a way with both the structure and color of lingerie sets. The bras do their magic while sitting lightly on your body. Their shades of silk are almost surreal in their beauty. Two of the latest designs make the case for British charm: 

Wake up your world in Harris’s Celeste Raspberry Lingerie Set, exclusive to JV. Feel the luxury of Its molded cups, with fuchsia silk on the interior and exterior. Show off your shoulders with its silk straps. Enjoy the shimmer of its gold Leavers lace appliqué at the cups and matching tulle and silk brief.   

The Elsa Teal Lingerie Set is a mellow mix of tulle and silk in saturated greeny blue. Sheer and comfortable, the center-seamed underwired tulle cups are trimmed in silk and embellished with gold Leaver’s lace. The silk panty is accented with tulle and lace at front, rear, and sides.

Norway-based designer Karolina Laskowska is a collector of dreams. See it not only in her exquisite lingerie creations, but also in her curatorial “The Underpinnings Museum.” 

In addition, she rescues beautiful European lace and textiles that are no longer being fabricated (referred to as “deadstock”). Her recent discovery of an irreplaceable lilac and aubergine lace from Sophie Hallette launched a collaboration with Jane’s Vanity. Voila, a new iteration of the Eos, her first design for JV. The lace of the new Eos Aubergine Lingerie Set is embroidered in shades of pinks and purples with pale gold sequins. Both bra and low-rise panty are lovingly trimmed and appointed. The tulle-backed underwire bra is incredibly adjustable at the back to fit the equivalent of four bra sizes.
