Basics Be Damned!

Sometimes...sometimes...one just doesn’t want to be sensible. Such as when a left turn takes one to work and a right turn takes one to San Diego. OK, bad example. Or, when a shopping expedition for rain boots turns into a score on a party dress. Or, when one is utterly overcome by the latest exquisite pieces at Jane’s Vanity. Isn’t each day to celebrate? It may be grey outside, but needn’t be underneath one’s clothing. There is no time to waste. Basics be damned!
